Our Mission

Dr.Phillip G. Goudeaux

World-renowned pastor, teacher, author and motivational speaker, Dr. Phillip G. Goudeaux was born on April 6, 1949 in San Francisco, CA. He grew up in North Sacramento, where he attended Norte Del Rio High School. After graduating from high school in 1967, Dr. Goudeaux enrolled in Sacramento City College. After obtaining his Associate of Arts Degree, he enrolled in California State University, Sacramento where he studied criminal justice with the prospects of continuing on to law school.

During his college years, Dr. Goudeaux pursued his interest in boxing, becoming a decorated amateur fighter. The discipline, stamina and tenacity he developed as a fighter created character and the emotional fortitude necessary for the awesome call that was placed on his life. In 1972, Dr. Goudeaux underwent a radical transformation when he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ into his life. Once a militant member of the Black Panther Party, Dr. Goudeaux now devoted his energy and talent to the ministry of reconciliation and focused on bringing people of all ethnicities and cultures together.

In 1974, Dr. Goudeaux graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and chose to purse a career with Southern Pacific Railroad where he became the first African-American engineer in Southern Pacific's Northern California Division. In 1976 Dr. Goudeaux felt God's call on his life and responded to the call to the ministry. Four years later in 1980 he founded Calvary Christian Center. Calvary Christian Center began with 16 members, and today the membership is well over 17,000. It is touted as the one of the largest and fastest growing multicultural churches in California and the United States. In 1981, Dr. Goudeaux was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from Pacific Coast Bible College and he received an honorary Doctorate of Humanities from Northwest London University in 1987.

Dr. Goudeaux is recognized in business and Christian arena's and has received numerous awards for his contributions to Christian and business leadership locally, nationally and internationally. He currently serves as a Trustee of the International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM); was named "Christian Builder of the Year" by the Good Shepherd International Fellowship; awarded an honorary Doctorate of Human Letters from Friends International Christian University and received an award for excellence in spiritual guidance and outstanding leadership form Showers of Blessing Christian Center in North Carolina. Dr. Goudeaux founded Faith Alive Bible Training Institute, designed to equip laymen in the body of Christ for work in the ministry. Dr. Goudeaux has also founded the Fellowship Covenant Ministries International (FCMI), an international coalition of ministries organized to build the leadership capacity of pastors and ministers through skill-building workshops and network opportunities.

As an advocate for the preservation of Christian family values, Dr. Goudeaux was appointed by President Bush to serve as an Advisory Board member on the Committee for the Restoration of Black Families. Additionally, the Mayor and the City Council of Sacramento, CA. drafted a Resolution for the Betterment of Humanity honoring Dr. Goudeaux's contributions in building healthy communities in Sacramento. The California State Senate also honored Dr. Goudeaux in 1995 with a Certificate of Recognition for Faithful Ministry. As a committed Pastor, civic leader and international speaker, Dr. Goudeaux has received numerous civic and religious awards. They include: the 2006 President's Call to Service Award from the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation by President George Bush, the Outstanding Community Service Award from the Southwest Regional Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Outstanding Community Service Award by Senator John T. Doolittle, and the International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM) District Director of the Year for 1990 and 1991.

Linda Stallings

Linda Stallings a new comer to the west coast area, born in New Jersey, but has lived the majority of her life in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is married to a wonderful man of God, the Reverend Arnold E. Stallings. They have seven children and twelve grandchildren.

Linda studied Mechanical Design Engineering, at the University of Cincinnati's College of Applied Science; this education led her to opportunities working for prominent companies such as General Electric Company, Proctor and Gamble, and Belcan Engineering Corp, in a career dominated by men.

Linda, also a certified Wedding and Event Planner, ran her own business for over twelve years, her talents in the event planning industry brought her the infamous title of Cincinnati's local expert. A wedding advisor to both Wedding Pages and Christian Bride magazines are just a few of her many accomplishments in the wedding industry. Linda's distinguish client base of public officials, pro athletes, private foundations and nonprofit organizations would easily envy any competitor. Featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal in May of 2000 Linda presented sound advice to brides around the world on wedding etiquette, new and old traditions and the growing changes in the wedding business. In 2002, Linda opened Wedding Artistry Institute (a school for training in the wedding and event planning professions) where she and other wedding and event planning professional, offered instruction in all areas of event and wedding planning. Considered a master in the art of wedding planning, Linda marvels at the gifts God has given her to bring the results she receives at her many events.

Shortly after her husband's job transfer, relocated the family to Sacramento, Linda joined the staff of Calvary Christian Center as the director of Fellowship Covenant Ministries International (FCMI). Under the direction of Drs. Phillip and Brenda Goudeaux she has helped bring the organization (FCMI) from 38 members to over 700 members worldwide in less than three years. FCMI has grown faster than any other organization of its kind. Linda is passionate about her work for FCMI and about helping fulfill the vision God has given her man and woman of God, Drs. Phillip and Brenda Goudeaux.

Ron Sharpe

Ron recently retired from Pacific Gas and Electric Company after 32 years of service. During his career, he held numerous positions including Oakland District Manager and Sacramento Region Governmental Relations Representative. Ron has served on the Board of Directors of the Davis Chamber of Commerce, Solano Economic Development Corporation, Solano County Red Cross, Sacramento Local Conservation Corp, and as an Advisory Board Member of the California Black Chamber of Commerce. He has a B.S. Degree, from the University of San Francisco. Ron has been married to Linda Sharpe for 21 years and they have three children. An active member of Calvary Christian Center since 1988, Ron and his wife have been the team leaders of the Marriage Ministry for 15 years.

Angela Cash

Angela Cash is an attorney at the California Department of Real Estate ("DRE"). Prior to her position with DRE, Angela represented employers and employees in employment and labor matters, including civil litigation in state and federal courts. Angela is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and Oral Roberts University.

Erica Arceo

Erica Arceo is an attorney who has been in private practice in California since 1995. For the first 8 ½ years of practicing law, Erica engaged in civil litigation in both federal and state courts in various areas of law, such as public entity defense, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, construction defects, product defects, premises liability, and environmental law. She currently represents real estate developers and consulting firms who focus on increasing their clients' financial intelligence and creating a synergy between the professionals involved in their clients' portfolios. Erica received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Fred D. Arnold

Sacramento Regional Transit hires real estate director.

Fred D. Arnold has been hired as Director of the Real Estate Department at Sacramento Regional Transit. He will oversee the Real Estate Department including TOD/ joint development projects, asset management, land acquisition and lease negotiations.

Fred has 24 years of experience dealing with public real estate, including eight years with the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District as Manager of Property Acquisition. Arnold also worked as a consultant with Parsons Brinckerhoff Construction Inc., serving on the San Jose International Airport

Rachel Gonzales Garcia

Rachel Gonzales Garcia is President/CEO of RGG Enterprises, Inc. As a 23 year insurance professional, she has worked hard and studied her craft to be able to be the best in the industry. For the last 5 years, she has included Real Estate Investment consulting to her business portfolio and has helped many families purchase their first home. Rachel is well known in the community for her integrity and high level of service. Her company along with her affiliates was one of the first to join the Christian Chamber of Commerce because she is a firm believer of business networking and has passion for helping small business. As a board member of other non-profit organizations and a small business owner, she brings experience, knowledge, integrity. good character and most importantly, business connections. She is committed to the growth and success of this organization and firmly supports the mission statement.

Dwyane G. Little

Dwyane is currently an employed as an Information Technology Project Manager for Pacific Gas & Electric Company. Dwyane has held various positions within PG&E over the last 13 years including Operations Supervisor for the Contact Center Operations twenty four center. Dwyane has been married for twenty- four years to his wonderful wife Susan, they have two beautiful daughters. Dwyane is a current School Board member for Gloria Dei Lutheran School in Sacramento. Dwyane has also worked in the banking and finance industry for ten years. And prior to that he worked and the real estate development and construction fields for five years. Dwyane spent seven years in the United States Air Force obtaining his degree in Aviation Administration. Dwyane's hobbies include golf and coaching elementary school girl's basketball. Dwyane is a prior Toastmaster and a past member of the Outstanding Young Men of America. He is a current and founding member of the Northern California Contact Center Association. Dwyane is a past board member and officer of the Sister's of Mercy (Mercy Housing Association Sacramento). Dwyane is also a graduate of the Sacramento Leadership program.

Margie Fair

Margie is currently employed as a Training Events and Curriculum Manager for the Sales and Marketing organization at a fortune 500 company. Margie has held various positions within the company over the last 18 years including IT Account Management, Marketing Manager and Technical Information System Manager for IT Operations. Margie is also a graduate of Texas Tech University, Faith Alive Bible College and the UCLA Leadership Institute. Her passion is teaching, empowering God's people with knowledge.
